Projection 1 is a one-off experimental print. I have printed 2 landscape lino-blocks and repeated them upside down creating a reflection-like composition. The landscape is inspired by Projection Bluff in the north of Tasmania. I explored different colour palettes for both ‘projections’ evoking night and day.
This linocut is professionally framed. The artwork itself is 76 cm h x 56 cm w. The framed size is slightly larger as pictured. The artwork is float-mounted, creating a shadow effect behind the work.
