‘The Printmakers Mark’ opens

It was wonderful to be able to travel to the Barossa for the opening of ‘The Printmakers Mark - A Different Realm’. I loved being at Wonderground Gallery again, and spending time in the beautiful Barossa region. Curator Georgia Cheesman has brought together 8 artists for this immersive show printmaking show. The premise was to ‘celebrate printmakers whose work displays exceptional skill while transporting the viewer into other realms—works that are both thought-provoking and immersive, revealing the quiet power of printmaking to connect, communicate, and transcend.’ Artists included are -

Dianne Fogwell, David Frazer, Margie Shephard, Melissa Smith, Peta West, Anita Laurence, Georgia Cheesman and Grace Gladdish

The exhibition runs until 2nd November. Opening hours are listed on the Wonderground website, and if you’re lucky enough to be in the Barossa during the next month I’d strongly suggest a visit. (And make sure you sample some of the Mirrus wine from the vineyard surrounding the gallery.)
